Your ticket into the conference will be a personalized name badge and lanyard, which must be worn at all times in order to access the conference venue. You will receive your name badge in the mail before the conference and lanyards will be distributed on-site when you arrive.

Yes, and we would love to host your group! Groups of 15+ will receive $10.00 off adult rate tickets. To register your group, please click here. You can also contact the SMC Team by phone at 417-581-5433 or email info@strongermen.org. We will be happy to assist you with your questions. Please note that all delegate information and full payment are required at the time of registration to receive your group discount.

The refund request deadline is December 31st, 2024 – after that date, if due to an emergency situation, you are unable to attend in person:

• You can request to transfer your paid registration to an SMC 2025 Online Experience ticket type – available for viewing through May 2025. To request a transfer, please email registration@jamesriver.church. The transfer deadline is March 1st, 2025. For the SMC Online Experience, all conference packs will be mailed to the assigned name on the registration entered on or before March 24th, 2025. See your registration confirmation email to transfer your ticket and update the delegate information in your Brushfire account.
• You can re-sell your paid registration at your own discretion.
• You can donate your registration to a guy who is a part of an Outreach program. To do so, feel free to contact the registration office at (417) 581-5433 and we can assist with your donation.

The Stronger Men’s Conference will not be liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers, resales, cancellations, and/or refunds. We are sorry, but exemptions cannot be made to the refund policy.

Our recommended age for sharing the conference experience with your children or is 12 years and older. Registration is required for both you and your children. Please note, for safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the conference.

Once you have completed your registration, you will be emailed an online pass, which is your ticket to view the conference online. An online pass is a personalized, exclusive link for you to view the conference online from your home!

Conference at home is designed to be experienced online and would require internet access and a compatible device. If you do not have access to the internet, we would recommend that you share the conference with a friend who has internet access! For technical assistance during the conference, you can ask for help in the helpdesk on the conference viewing platform or call 417-582-8222 during conference weekend.

That is a great idea! We highly encourage men to gather in homes or churches to view the conference together! We do ask that each guy who is watching either have a registration or use one of your online guest passes.
