Please note that all delegate information and full payment are required at the time of registration to receive your group discount.

The refund request deadline is December 31st, 2025 – after that date, if due to an emergency situation, you are unable to attend in person:

The deadline for switching an in-person ticket to online ticket is March 13th, 2026.

To request a transfer, please email registration@jamesriver.church. The transfer deadline is March 1st, 2026. For the SMC Online Experience, all conference packs will be mailed to the assigned name on the registration entered on or before March 24th, 2026. See your registration confirmation email to transfer your ticket and update the delegate information in your Brushfire account.

You can re-sell your paid registration at your own discretion.

You can donate your registration to a guy who is a part of an Outreach program. To do so, feel free to contact the registration office at (417) 581-5433 and we can assist with your donation.

The Stronger Men’s Conference will not be liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers, resales, cancellations, and/or refunds. We are sorry, but exemptions cannot be made to the refund policy.

Your ticket into the conference will be a personalized name badge and lanyard, which must be worn at all times in order to access the conference venue. You will receive your name badge in the mail before the conference and lanyards will be distributed on-site when you arrive.

Our recommended age for sharing the conference experience with your children or is 12 years and older. Registration is required for both you and your children. Please note, for safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the conference.

That is a great idea! We highly encourage men to gather in homes or churches to view the conference together! We do ask that each guy who is watching either have a registration or use one of your online guest passes.

There are two airports in the Springfield, MO area that you can use to fly into. The Springfield-Branson Airport (SGF), which is the closest to the conference, and the Branson Airport (BKG). There are also several nearby hotel options to choose from.
